Dona Glucosamine Sulfate relieves pain and stiffness. It is easy to swallow does not cause me any side effects.

I am being cautious with my review as I have only taken the product for about a week. My knees do feel better so far--hopefully they will feel much better in another week or so.

Got my order very quickly-no bad taste -I tried another brand name and it had a very fishy taste...gave it four stars because I just started my regimen -will have to wait a month or so to see the full effect...
